If you have gotten to the point where you need to make adjust to all properties, this short walk through will go over the steps you need to make.
The Update All Properties tab can be found under Patterns.
This page will allow up to push update to all properties (Warning, this will push the change to ALL Properties).
Here you can change the:
State
Status
Taxable
Late Fee
Service Category
County
Route Sheet Notes
Country
Property Type
Force notes to popup in mobile app
Fuel Surcharge
Property Category
The most common things to adjust from this screen is making sure everyone is marked as Taxable, Late Fees, or adding the Fuel Surcharge.
For Late Fee selected wither or not you want all customers to be able to have late fee applied or not.
First, select "yes" or "no"
Second, check the box to the right of the option
Third, hit update all jobs
This will prevent you from having to go one by one through all of your customers/properties to update this.
