This article will assist in getting a new shortcut for CLIP on the desktop. These instructions will be separated into two sections, one for Windows 10 users and one for Windows 8.
For Windows 10 & 8 users:
Click on the Folder icon at the bottom.
Look either in Local Disk (C:) or check under the Network heading for the server computer. All you should see is a CLIPv folder inside of the drive:
Inside your CLIPV folder, scroll to the bottom on the VCLIP.EXE file.
Right Click and select SEND TO, Desktop (Create Shortcut).
For Windows 7 users:
Click Start menu and then click Computer.
Look either in Local Disk (C:) or check under the Network heading for the server computer. All you should see is a CLIPv folder inside of the drive:
Inside your CLIPV folder, scroll to the bottom on the VCLIP.EXE file.
Right Click and select SEND TO, Desktop (Create Shortcut).
At this point, please go to the desktop on the computer and verify that the shortcut works!
