What each permission means

Lets go over what each permission allows or blocks the user from doing.

Dashboard- Allows the user to view the information on the dashboard.

Customers- It allows access to the Customers tab in CLIPitc.

Find Customer- Allows the user to search for customers.

Import Customer- Allows the user to import customers.

Marketing/Emails- Allows the user to create or send out emails.

Auto-Charge Emails- Allows the user to add "or edit" after the word create.

Pre-Service Emails- Allows the user to edit Pre-Service template for Emails.

Post-Service Emails- Allows the user to edit Post-Service template for Emails.

Portal Invitation Emails- Allows the user to edit the template for Portal Invitation Emails.

Invoice Emails- Allows the user to edit the invoice template for emails.

Estimate Emails- Allows the user to edit the estimate template email.

Can Edit AutoPays- Allows the user to edit AutoPay.

Lead Map- Allows the user to have access to the Lead Map tab

Bulk Email Estimates- Allows the user to have access to the Email Estimates tab.

Estimates- Allows the user to create Estimates.

Daily- Allows access to the permissions below.

Get Work- Allows the user to access to Get Work tab

Print Route Sheet- Allows the user print route sheets.

Record Work Mobile- Allows the user to record work in the Record Work Mobile tab.

Record Work- Allows the user to record work.

Routing- Allows the user to create route sheets.

Crew Position- Allows the user to view the crews position.

QuickBooks/Invoice- Gives the user access to all QuickBooks and Invoice options.

Invoice- Allows the user to create invoices.

Single Payment- Allows the user to run single payments.

Additional Charges- Allows the user to add additional charges.

Process Auto Pays- Allows the user to process auto pay.

Mapping- Allows the user to map QuickBooks.

Unpaid Invoices- Allows the user to create a unpaid invoices report.

Email Invoices- Allows the user to email invoices.

Late Fee- Allows the user to add or adjust late fees.

Fuel Surcharge- Allows the user to add or edit fuel surcharge.

Patterns- Allows the user to have access to patterns.

Pattern Customers- Allows the user to Add, Delete and Edit Pattern Customers.

Pattern Jobs- Allows the user to Add, Activate, Deactivate and Edit Pattern Jobs.

Pattern Program- Allows the user to Add, Activate, Deactivate and Edit Programs.

Pattern Job Changes- Allows the user to globally change pattern jobs

Customize- Gives the user full access to customize.

Change List- Allows the user to edit different lists.

Zone List- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit zone names.

Country List- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit country names.

Property Category- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit property category names.

Unit Type- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit unit type names.

Stock Type- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit stock type names.

Job Category- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit job categories.

Job SubCategory- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit job subcategories.

Weather Condition- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit weather conditions.

Service Category- Allows the user to Add, Delete or Edit Zone Service Categories.
