Want to send an email to your customer through CLIPitc? No problem! Lets first make sure your customer is set up for emails.
First, search for the customer and click on View More or double click on the name. Verify there is a email and name entered on the email field to the right. All customers must have a valid email address for you to be able to email out from CLIPitc.
That's all you need!
Next, lets go over how to get to the Message Center. Hover your mouse over Daily, click on Get Work and click Message Customer.
Great! I see you made it. Lets go over the options on the Message Customer page.
You're able to narrow down which customers you need to email by selecting a Crew, Job or Next Visit Date. You may also simply select the boxes next to each customer you need to email or select the box the very top box to select all.
Lastly, click on Create Email on the bottom right hand side and you'll see a draft email appear.
Subject- This is where you would enter the subject of the email.
Tags- Select a tag for the email. This will auto populate when the emails are sent.
Email Text- This is the body of the email where you will type your message/email.
Attachments- Here you can attach different files for the email. The following are the supported file types: pdf, txt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp.
When you're ready, click on Send email on top and that's it! You have successfully sent an email to your customer(s). EzPz right?
