This article is to teach you how to include jobs into your estimate. This is done through global replacement and can be a useful tool when needing to send estimates with multiple jobs to your customers .

Before starting, make sure you have made a complete backup and check to make sure everyone is out of CLIP.

Left click "Files", hover over "Global Replacement", and left click on "Replace Information."

Left click to select the "Job Data Base."

Left click "Choose Field."
​Move the grey slider down until you see the "JB.Job Include Estimate" field and left click it.

Left click "Replace With", and in the box type "Y" for yes.
Left click "OK."

Left click "Choose Condition."
​Double left click on "JB.Job Number."
​Left click "Equals."
​Enter in the job number you want to include in the estimate inside the box in step 3.
Hit the "enter" key on your keyboard.
Click "Use This Condition" at the bottom.

Click "Perform Replacement."
​Once it is finished, CLIP will show how many replacements it made at the top right of the screen.
