The error message "File Access Is Denied" is usually the result of an Anti-virus program running a scan, a backup utility performing a live scan, or a problem with network permissions settings. In most cases, a trusted technician or IT professional is needed to troubleshoot this error.

Is anyone able to perform these actions on a separate computer?

Has anything changed on your system/network environment?

We recommend the following steps:

1. Setting an exception in your anti-virus
2. Make sure you do not have a backup program trying to backup files while you are accessing them
3. Check your network permission settings (make sure user have full read write permissions)

Let us know if you continue to have problems after checking with your anti-virus, backup program, and network permissions.
