Limited route sheet notes in the XE (desktop) version are notes that appear only during a certain time period and are based on how many times you want it to continue showing the note.

From the example above, we have a note showing between August 20 through August 28 and will show the next EIGHT times. You must have each parameter in the red box above filled out for the note to show. Since this is a limited note, it will only show during those times. After the period of either August 28 or the next EIGHT times is over, the note will no longer appear.
