If you have employees in the field that are fluent in languages other than English and would prefer to have their job notes in these languages, CLIPitc can now translate your route sheet notes from one language into another for the convenience of your workers!
The current list of supported notes translation languages are:
Go to the customer, visit the job that you're looking to place notes on. Click the "Add Notes" button in the right-hand column. It pulls up the screen below.
Setup your route sheet notes or limited route sheet notes (be sure to enter the date and number of times).
Make sure the "Force _____ Notes to popup in mobile app" box is checked if you want a dialogue box to pop up with important information whenever your crew pulls this customer up on their route.
If the job is already in the workbank, refresh the job by removing it and then re-adding it to get the new change on the instance of the job in the workbank.
Make sure the app is updated on the iOS/Android device.
When the crew clicks on the job in the app, they will see these popups:
