If you ever lose the record of your password (or just forget it completely), you can follow the steps below to set up a new password for your account.
There are a few ways to manage your password:
Resetting your password at the login screen.
Changing your password from inside CLIPitc.
Changing your password from inside the mobile app.
We'll go over each of these possibilities here in this article.
First, go to https://www.clipitc.com/ to access the login page.
Click the "I Forgot" link, as shown below:
On the next screen, enter you email address used for the account you are unable to access and click the "Submit" button.
Follow the steps in the email that you received to get your new password.
You'll receive a jumble of letters and symbols as a temporary password. If you are having difficulty typing it in, you can triple-left-click on it in the email and then copy it, and then paste it into the password field.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check the spam/junk folder. It comes from [email protected] with the subject "CLIPitc - Forgot Password".

If you have your password (or you've got that temporary password!) but want to change it to something that is easier to remember, go into Settings. Under User Settings box, select "Change Password." The

If you have crew members in the field who need to reset their password on the mobile app, simply click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page of the mobile app.
Once you've entered your email/username, you'll receive an email from [email protected] containing your new password. Copy the password from the email, return to the Clip mobile app, and use it to log in. This new password will then become the permanent password for your account.
