For security reasons and to protect your account, CLIPitc requires users to change their password every 120 days.

If you ever lose the record of your password (or just forget it completely), you can follow the steps below to set up a new password for your account. 

First, go to https://www.clipitc.com/ to access the login page.


Click the "I Forgot" link, as shown below:

On the next screen, enter you email address used for the account you are unable to access and click the "Submit" button.

Follow the steps in the email that you received to get your new password. 

If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check the spam/junk folder.  It comes from [email protected] with the subject "CLIPitc - Forgot Password". 

If you have your password but want to change it to something that is easier to remember, go into Settings. Under User Settings box, select "Change Password."



This will bring up another screen. From there, you must enter your old/current password and your desired new password. Remember, your password must be at least 6 characters in length and must contain at least one uppercase and lowercase letter. Also, it must contain at least one number and at least one special symbol (#,@,!,$ for example).


If you happen to have users in the field using the mobile app and they need to change their password, look in the settings screen and click Change Password at the bottom.



After you have entered the necessary information and clicked Save, you should be all set!
