For organizational purposes, you may need to change due dates on the program you just activated.  For example, a crew may be unavailable for a period and you need to shift their work to another crew.  You can do this individually on a per job basis. However, if you're interested in saving time you can do this with a whole slew of jobs all at once by using the Adjust Schedule feature!

To reach this screen, head to the workbank by visiting the Daily tab and navigating to the Get Work section.  One of the buttons on the top of the page is the Adjust Schedule button.

Clicking this button takes you to the Adjust Schedule screen.  It will default by showing you jobs that are currently in the workbank for the date you've entered. If you're looking for a different date range, you can key that into the box on the top left.

If you're interested in dividing the jobs by crew, you can use the middle box to bring up Jobs by Crew.

Both of these buttons will populate the page with jobs and crews.  It will declare the property name of the location you're visiting, the job you're performing, the budgeted man hours of the job, and the total budgeted man hours for the crew for the whole collection of jobs at the top.

To reassign them, you'll check the checkboxes individually or use the topmost checkbox in the column to select all of them at once. Use the Adjust Schedule box on the top right of the page to send their due dates to a specific date and/or reassign them to a different crew.

Click the Move Jobs button to complete the process. You can leave the Update crew in jobs also checkbox ticked. That will change the crew assignment permanently if it's something that the crew is going to be taking over going forward.
