This article will explain how to begin using the password management system and will detail what each permission is used for in the CLIP system. Permissions can limit the user to certain areas of the program and should be setup to allow users to access or restrict users from accessing sections of the program. This will allow companies to setup the program so that their foreman or crew member only has the ability to get into CLIP without being able to see certain pieces of information.

First, turn on the password system. After enabling this, you will be logging into CLIP with a username/password. We are assuming this is the first time you are setting up this functionality. From the main screen, click on the SYSTEM drop-down menu and hover over PASSWORDS. Click SET PASSWORDS.

Click Activate Passwords. Once it asks you for the username / password enter:

Username:CLIP

Password:CLIP

In order to begin setting up permissions in CLIP, you will first want to setup users from accessing the system by adding them. Once you select Add New User, the screen below will open in order to select the username, password, level, employee, and permission settings. 

Change the username/password and click Save in the upper right corner of this screen. The levels field means that there are levels of users. For instance, the level 1 user is the administrator or the main user. The level 1 user is normally the owner or manager of the company. There is no limit to the number of users the system can maintain. 

The Employee ID field is to enable companies to attach users in CLIP to your employees. The Email field is to input the email of the user in order to email route sheets, email CMS activities, and email office documents, etc.

File Maintenance

Access File Maintenance - The Access File Maintenance permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from viewing the customer screen/file maintenance window.

View Amounts in History - The View Amounts In History permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from viewing amounts that were recorded on jobs in the history tab.

Edit - The Edit permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from editing information on the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Add - The Add permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from adding information on the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Delete - The Delete permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from deleting information on the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Print - The Print permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from printing documents from the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Edit Patterns (Default Customers) - The Edit Patterns permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from editing pattern customers from the main CLIP screen. This way the icon will not be able to be selected if this box is NOT checked.

See Employees - The See Employees permission, when left unchecked, will restrict a user from seeing employees when searching for them in the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Edit History - The Edit History permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from editing lines in the history tab.

Delete History - The Delete History permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from deleting lines in the history tab.

View Installments - The View Installments permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from viewing installments from customer screen/file maintenance window under the financial installments tab. 

Edit Installments - The Edit Installments permission, when left unchecked, restricts users from editing the installment information from the customer screen/file maintenance window under the financial installments tab. 

Edit Lookups - The Edit Lookups permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing information on lookup tables (i.e. category) under the customer.

Office:

Add To Outlook - The Add To Outlook permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from adding a document or email to outlook from the correspondence tab under the customer.

Delete - The Delete permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from deleting documents under the correspondence tab under the customer.

Jobs

Edit Pattern Jobs - The Edit Pattern Job permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the pattern jobs icon from the main CLIP menu.

Edit Pattern Programs - The Edit Pattern Programs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the pattern programs Icon from the main CLIP menu. 

Edit Jobs - The Edit Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing information on the jobs tab screen.

Add Jobs - The Add Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from adding jobs.

Edit Lookups - The Edit Lookups permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing information on lookup tables (i.e. job category or sub category) in the job tabs under the customer.

Delete Jobs - The Delete Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from deleting jobs.

Renumber Jobs - The Renumber Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from renumbering jobs or editing the job number on the list of jobs under a customer.

Set Defaults - The Set Defaults permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from setting default settings for jobs or clicking on the defaults button when viewing the list of jobs under a customer.

Edit Job Grid - The Edit Job Grid permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing any information on the grid of jobs under a customer in CLIP.

See Amounts - The See Amounts permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from seeing amounts for jobs under the customer in CLIP.

Edit Job Notes Only - The Edit Job Notes Only permission is dependent upon if the Edit Jobs permission is checked or not. If edit jobs is NOT checked, then this permission is also checked. The user will only have permission to edit notes on the jobs only. If Edit Job Notes Only is left unchecked, the users will be restricted from editing notes under jobs for any customer in CLIP.

Edit Materials - The Edit Materials permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing or adding any materials under the materials/job costs tab.

Edit Job Schedule - The Edit Job Schedule permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing the schedule on jobs under the Schedule tab.

Edit Program - The Edit Program permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing any information under the programs tab.

Edit Job Details - The Edit Job Details permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing any details under the job detail tab.

Edit or Required Crew - The Edit permission, when left unchecked, on the crew field will restrict users from editing the crew under the job detail tab. 

The Required permission, when left unchecked, will NOT require the user to fill in the crew when editing it under the job detail tab. This leaves the required permission checked off and will require a user to fill in the crew field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the crew, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field.

Edit or Required Job Type - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the job type field will restrict users from editing the job type under the job detail tab. 

Required Permission-The Required permission when left unchecked will NOT require the user to fill in the job type when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the job type field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the job type, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field.  

Edit or Required Charge Per Job - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the Charge Per Job field will restrict users from editing the Charge Per Job under the job detail tab. The Required permission, when left unchecked, will NOT require the user to fill in the Charge Per Job when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the Charge Per Job field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the Charge Per Job, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field. 

Edit or Required Man Hour Rating - The Edit permission, when left unchecked, on the Man Hour Rating field will restrict users from editing the man hour rating under the job detail tab. The Required permission, when left unchecked, will NOT require that user to fill in the man hour rating when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the Man Hour Rating field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the man hour rating, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field. 

Edit or Required Bill Type - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the bill type field will restrict users from editing the bill type under the job detail tab. The Required permission when left unchecked will NOT require the user to fill in the bill type when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the bill type field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the bill type, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field.

Edit or Required Job Type - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the job type field will restrict users from editing the job type under the job detail tab. The Required permission when left unchecked will NOT require the user to fill in the job type when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the job type field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the job type, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field. 

Edit or Required Charge Per Hour - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the Charge Per Hour field will restrict users from editing the Charge Per Hour under the job detail tab. The Required permission when left unchecked will NOT require the user to fill in the Charge Per Hour when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the Charge Per Hour field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the Charge Per Hour, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field. 

Edit or Required Tax Type - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the tax type field will restrict users from editing the tax type under the job detail tab. The Required permission when left unchecked will NOT require the user to fill in the tax type when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the tax type field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the tax type, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field.

Edit or Required Salesman - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the salesman field will restrict users from editing the salesman under the job detail tab. The Required permission when left unchecked will NOT require the user to fill in the salesman when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off will require a user to fill in the salesman field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the salesman, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field.

Edit or Required Commission Rate - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the commission rate field will restrict users from editing the commission rate under the job detail tab. The Required permission when left unchecked will NOT require that user to fill in the commission rate when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the Required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the commission rate field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the commission rate, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field.

Edit or Required QB Class - The Edit permission when left unchecked on the QB Class field will restrict users from editing the QB Class under the job detail tab. The Required permission, when left unchecked, will NOT require the user to fill in the QB class when editing it under the job detail tab. Leaving the required permission checked off, will require a user to fill in the QB Class field on the job detail tab. If you do not fill in the QB Class, a window will appear letting you know that the user is required to fill in that field.

Reports

Customer Reports - The Customer Reports permission when left unchecked will restrict users to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the customer reports section.

Job Reports - The job reports permission, when left unchecked, will restrict the user to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the Job Reports section.

Sales Reports - The Sales Reports permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the Sales Reports section.

Custom Reports - The Custom Reports permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the Custom Reports section.

User Defined Reports - The User Defined Reports permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the Custom User Defined Reports section.

Link Reports - This permission is only for CLIPxe users and does NOT apply for qCLIPxe. The Link Reports permission will restrict users to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the Link Reports section when it's left unchecked.

Employee Reports - The Employee Reports permission, when it's left unchecked, will restrict users to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the Employee Reports section.

Salesman Reports - The Salesman Reports permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to pull any reports in CLIP from the reports menu under the Salesman Reports section

Allow Modify Reports <...> - The Allow Modify Reports permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to modify reports in the CLIP. Anytime you see a button in CLIP with three dots represented like this <...> or see below.

Transactions

Enter Transactions - The Enter Transactions permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to enter transactions in CLIP either from the FILES menu or the icon on the main screen.

Allow Credits - This permission is only for CLIPxe users and does NOT apply for qCLIPxe. The Allow Credits permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to enter credits using the credit code in the enter transactions window.

Allow Debits - This permission is only for CLIPxe users and does NOT apply for qCLIPxe. The Allow Debits permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to enter debits using the debit code in the enter transactions window.

Menu Options

Files Menu 

Access Estimate Menu - The Access Estimate Menu permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Estimates/Proposals menu from the FILES menu in CLIP. Users will also be restricted from accessing estimates from the jobs tab. 

Index Files - The Index Files permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the index files menu from the files menu.

Global Replacement - The Global Replacement permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Global Replacement menu under the files menu.

Renumber Routes - The Renumber Routes permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the renumber routes menu from global replacement under the files menu.

Dot Prompt - The Dot Prompt permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the dot prompt menu from other utilities under the files menu.

Access Word Processor - The Access Word Processor permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the word processor menu from other utilities under the files menu.

Import Customers - The Import Customers permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the import customer selection menus from the other utilities under the files menu.

Daily Routines

Print Route Sheets - The Print Route Sheets permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the print route sheets menu from the daily routines or the work order button on the main screen.

Print Route Sheet Invoices - The Print Route Sheet invoices permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing Print Route Sheet Invoices menu from the daily routines under the route sheets.

Record The Work - The Record the Work permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the record the work menu from the daily routines or from the record icon on the main screen.

See Amounts In RW - The See Amounts in RW permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to see the amounts for jobs in the Mark Work As Done screen under the Record The Work menu or the Record Icon on the main screen.

Post Work - The Post Work permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to post work in the Record The Work screen under the daily routines or the record icon on the main screen.

Edit Options - The Edit Options permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to edit using the options button under the Record the Work from Daily Routines menu or the record icon on the main screen.

Refresh Work Bank - The Refresh Work Bank permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to refresh the work bank under the daily routines or from the get jobs icon from the main screen.

Activate Zone Jobs - The Activate Zone Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to use the activate zone jobs menu from the daily routines heading.

Adjust Schedule - The Adjust Schedule permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the adjust schedule calendar throughout the program either from the daily routines menu or the schedule icon or the calendar icons from the main screen. 

System Menu

Allow User To Manage Permissions - The Allow User To Manage Permissions permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users access and management permissions from the system menu under the passwords and set the passwords menu.

Change System Setups - The Change System Setups permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the system setup under the system menu.

Allow Form Resizing - The Allow Form Resizing permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to use the toggle screen resizing option under the system menu.

Turn on/off audit history report - The turn on/off audit history report permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the option under System, Passwords>Turn on/off audit history report.

Theme Control - The Theme Control Drop Down permission allows users to select what theme they want CLIP to use when they login.

Auto-Logout After - The Auto-Logout After permission allows for CLIP to automatically logout and close based on what time is selected for this permission.

Contact Management System

Access CMS - The Access CMS permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing CMS from throughout the program either from customer screen/file maintenance window or the Contact Mngmt Icon on the main screen or from the contact management menu and check activities.

Edit CMS - The Edit CMS permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to edit CMS from the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Add To CMS - The Add To CMS permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to click the ADD button under the CMS tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Delete From CMS - The Delete from CMS permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to click the DELETE button under the CMS tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

See All User's Tasks - The See All User's Tasks permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to View All User's Activity from the CMS Activity List.

Maintain Activity List - The Maintain Activity List permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to click Activity Required & add Users to the Activity when adding or editing a CMS.

Suppress Notification - The Suppress Notification permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from seeing the CMS Activity List.

Credit Cards

History - The History permission under the credit cards heading, when left unchecked, will restrict users from being able to view credit cards that were posted to the history tab in customer screen/file maintenance window.

Process Voids - The Process Voids permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users to process voids in the enter transactions window either from the daily routines menu or the receive payment icon from the main screen.

Credit Card Set Up - The Credit Card Set Up permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the credit card setup under the System> Financial Setups.

Billing 

Mid-Month Billing - This permission is only for CLIPxe users and does NOT apply for qCLIPxe. The Mid-Month Billing permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the menu for Mid-Month billing under the billing menu.

Billing Process - This permission is only for CLIPxe users, and does NOT apply for qCLIPxe. The Billing Process permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the billing process under the billing menu.

Print Invoices By Date - This permission is only for CLIPxe users, and does NOT apply for qCLIPxe. The Print Invoices By Date permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Print Invoices By Date under the Billing menu.

Projects

Projects Module is sold separately. Please contact sales if you are interested in learning more about the Projects Module.

Access Projects - The Access Projects permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the projects tab under customer screen/file maintenance window or the projects menu.

Add Projects - The Add Projects permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from adding projects by clicking on the ADD button when under customer screen/file maintenance window.

Edit Projects - The Edit Projects permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing any project information under the projects tab from the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Delete Projects - The Delete Projects permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from deleting projects under the projects tab from the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Change Project Status - The Change Project Status permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from changing the status by accessing the current status drop-down menu of a project under customer screen/file maintenance window.

Record Project Work - The Record Project Work permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from record project work from the project menu from the daily routines or from the customer screen/file maintenance window. The Bill Now button on the project tab under the customer screen/file maintenance will also be restricted with this permission.

Post Project Work to History - The Post Project Work to History permission, when left unchecked, will restricts users from using the post to project history button after users have recorded the project from the project menu, daily routines, and recorded work.

Post Project Work to Journal - The Post Project Work to Journal permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from using the Post for Billing button after users have recorded the project from the project menu, daily routines, and the recorded work.

Print Project Proposal - The Print Project Proposal permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from printing the proposal after clicking the print button on the projects tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Print Project Load List - The Print Project Load List permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from printing the load list after clicking the print button when on the projects tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Print Project P&L - The Print Project P&L permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from printing the Profit & Loss report after clicking the print button when on the projects tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Print Project Analysis - The Print Project Analysis permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from printing the project analysis report after clicking the print button when on the projects tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window. 

Print Project Proposal (Custom) - The Print Project Proposal (Custom) permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from printing the customized proposal after clicking the print button on the projects tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Print Project Contracts - The Print Project Contracts permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from printing the project contracts after clicking the print button when on the projects tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Edit Inventory Costs - The Edit Inventory Costs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing inventory costs in the Projects menu>Inventory>Inventory Data Entry.
Inventory Costs for Labor, Material, Subs, Equipment, or Other Costs will be restricted on this window. 

Edit Overhead Rates - The Edit Overhead Rates permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing overhead rates or the field called %Ovhd recovery in the project tab on the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Edit Markup - The Edit Markup permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing the markup or the field called price and markup work sheet in Project on the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Invoices

Special Invoices is a separate module which has been discontinued but still exists for some customers. 

Generate Invoices - The Generate Invoices permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Generate Invoices tab from financials> invoices tab under the customer screen/file maintenance window or from the Special Invoices menu.

Print Invoices - The Print Invoices permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the View Invoices tab from the financials>invoice tab>under the customer screen/file maintenance window or from the Special Invoices menu. 

Generate Statements - The Generate Invoices permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing View Statements tab from Financials>Invoices tab>under customer screen/file maintenance window or from the Special Invoices menu. 

Apply Open Credits - The Apply Open Credits permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Apply Open Credits from the Special Invoices menu. 

Un-Apply Credits - The Un-Apply Credits permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing Un-Apply Credits from the Special Invoices menu. 

Overdue Report - The Overdue Report permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Invoice Register from the Special Invoices menu.

Invoice Company Status - The Invoice Company Status permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Invoice Company Status from the Special Invoices menu.

Void Invoices - The Void Invoices permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing Void Invoices from the Special Invoices menu.

Void Credits - The Void Invoices permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing Void Credits from the Special Invoices menu.

Tax Report - The Tax Report permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Tax Report from the Special Invoices menu.

Invoice Adjustments - The Invoice Adjustments permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Invoice Adjustments from the Special Invoices menu.

Accounts Receivable Report - The Accounts Receivable Report permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Accounts Receivable Report from the Special Invoices menu.

Q-CLIP

QuickBooks Functions - The QuickBooks Functions permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the QuickBooks Functions menu.

Transfer Invoices to QuickBooks - The Transfer Invoices to QuickBooks permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the transfer invoices to the QuickBooks option from the QuickBooks functions menu or the Update QB button on the main screen.

Bill Minimum Charge Jobs - The Bill Minimum Charge Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Bill Minimum Charge Jobs option from the QuickBooks Functions menu.

Import Data From QB - The Import Data From QB permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the import data from the QB option from the QuickBooks Functions menu.

Export Inventory Items to QB - The Export Inventory Items to QB permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the export inventory items to QB option from the QuickBooks Functions menu.

Export Customers to QB - The Export Customers to QB permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Export Customers to QB option from the QuickBooks Functions menu.

Edit Item and Class - The Edit Item and Class permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing item and class drop-down menus from the Job Detail tab>Financial Installments>Additional Installments under the customer screen/file maintenance window.

Re Send QB Invoices - The Re Send QB Invoices permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Re Send QB Invoices option from SYSTEM>Financials menu.

Link / Unlink - The Link/Unlink permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from linking and unlinking customers from the Customer List/File Maintenance window.

CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect

Customers - The Customers permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Add - The Add permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from adding customers under the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Edit - The Edit permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing customers under the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Access History - The Access History permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the history tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Access Property Info - The Access Property Info permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Property Info tab from Customer List in CLIP2Go / CLIPConnect.

Jobs - The Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the jobs tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Add Jobs - The Add Jobs permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the add jobs tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Details - The Details permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the job details tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Edit Details - The Edit Details permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing information on the job details tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

See Amounts - The See Amounts permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from seeing amounts on the job tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Edit Schedule - The Edit Schedule permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing information on the schedule tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Notes - The Notes permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the notes tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Edit Notes - The Edit Notes permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from editing notes on the notes tab from the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

CMS - The CMS permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing CMS menu in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Change Crew In Crew List - The Change Crew In Crew List permission will restrict users from accessing the crew drop-down menu to change crew after clicking Route Sheets from CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect main menu.

Change Crew In Customer List - The Change Crew In Customer List permission will restrict users from changing crews in customers under the customer list in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Change Crew In Jobs List - The Change Crew In Jobs List permission will restrict users from changing crews when a job is selected after selecting the customer on the route sheets in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Change Crew On Job - The Change Crew On Job permission will restrict users from clicking the change job crew on the job start screen in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect screen.

Change Crew Members - The Change Crew Members permission will restrict users from using the Add or Delete button after clicking the route sheets from the main CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect screen.

Change Truck # - The Change Truck # permission will restrict users from editing the truck number field after clicking route sheets from the main CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect screen.

Date - The Date permission will restrict users from seeing the date in jobs when on route sheets from the main CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect screen.

Add - The Add permission will restrict users from adding jobs using the ADD button on the job start screen in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Skip - The Skip permission will restrict users from skipping jobs using the SKIP button on the job start screen in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Add Inv Note - The Add Inv Note permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from adding invoice notes once a job is started in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

See Budgeted Man Hours - The See Budgeted Man Hours permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from seeing budgeted man hours after a job has been started in CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect.

Force Materials Screen Up - The Force Materials Screen Up permission, when left checked, will force the materials screen up after clicking the End button on a job that has some materials assigned to it. If the job does not have materials assigned to it, the job will end like normal once the user clicks the End button.

Notes - The Notes permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the notes menu on the main CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect screen.

Manage Users - The Manage Users permission, when left unchecked, will restrict users from accessing the Manage Users option on the main CLIP2Go/CLIPConnect screen.
