If you run into this message while installing CLIP or running the CLIENT Setup on another workstation in the office, you must complete some steps before the CLIENT Setup can be installed completely. Please follow the steps outlined to fix:

1. Open Windows Explorer or the "My Computer Window."

2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Install Shield Installation Information.

3. If you can’t see that folder you need to make hidden files and folders visible
a. In the Windows Explorer/My Computer window, go to Tools->Folder Options or click on the "Organize" button at the top left.
b. Select the view tab
c. Under “Hidden files and folders” and select “Show hidden files and folders”.
4. Delete all the directories

At this point, please continue either installing CLIP or running the CLIENT setup.
