CLIPxe QCLIPxe Clear Out Temp Files

It is a good idea to clear out or delete the temporary files that CLIP leaves on your system periodically. Indexing files in CLIP does clear out some temporary files, but does not clear out all of them.

Note: Make sure you and everyone else has closed out of CLIP before proceeding!

You will need to access File Explorer in your windows system. Start by clicking the Start menu then immediately type %TEMP% then click ENTER on your keyboard.

Highlight both files: 'formdim.cdx' and 'formdim.dbf'.
 In some cases, there may only be one of the files. Click DELETE key on your keyboard or right click then select DELETE.

After deleting those files, you can get back into CLIP. Let us know if you need further assistance.
