How to setup the template before and after service emails in CLIPitc

In this manual, we will go over a few steps needed in order to get your Pre and Post Service emails sent out.

First, in your CLIPitc account click on Customers>Marketing Emails. Now simply select which email you would like to format.


Once you have selected an email, go ahead and write the message you would like your customer to receive regarding the Pre or Post Service notification. This is the template that will automatically be sent to all of your service notification customers.

You will notice that there is a lot you can do with your emails from CLIPitc. You can use your knowledge of HTML to customize the message and even attach documents. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions!

Once you have formatted your Pre and Post Service emails, all you need to do is determine which customers should receive the emails and for which jobs. To do that, go to the customers you want to send a Pre or Post Service notification to. Then under their email, check off "Email Service Notifications".

Next, go to their jobs and set each job that they want a service notification for as "Email" or "Both". This means that they will receive an email service notification for this job. If you select "both" then they will receive a service notification email and they will show on the "Call Ahead" report.

And that's it, your Pre and Post Service emails are ready to go!
