Have you ever had a customer ask you to give them a call before you come and perform their service? If so, you probably had some trouble reminding your guys to call them or even keep track of who to call. But now in CLIPitc we have added a simple feature that will help track the customer you need to call!

The following steps below will show you how to set up "call aheads" for your customers.

You will find, by the length of this manual, that the setup is very simple. First, go to the customer who wants a call ahead, and then go to their jobs tab.

Next, select the job that the customer wants a call for. Then click the "Call Ahead" via the drop down and select phone. Now click save!

You will see that you can also select "email" or "both" (for email and a phone call).
This manual just covers the phone call notification. If you would like to learn how to email service notifications check out the Setting Up Pre and Post Service Emails manual.

After you have gone through all of your customers and set their jobs to "Phone for a call ahead", you just need to print out the call ahead report for your guys so they know who to call. This can be done daily or weekly, whichever works for you.
The call ahead report is based on the customer, crew and the next visit date of their jobs. To find the call ahead report please see the screen shot below:

Once in the report, you can filter the call ahead jobs down to the crew and job. The date range filters the jobs by their next visit dates.

Once you have filtered your jobs you can either print the report or send it to an excel sheet to give out to your crews.

If you have any questions please visit our Help Center or log into chat at the bottom of the page at CLIPitc.com, we'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
