This article will assist in getting a new shortcut for CLIP on the desktop. These instructions will be separated into two sections, one for Windows 10 users and one for Windows 8

For Windows 10 & 8 users:

Click on the Folder icon at the bottom.

Look either in Local Disk (C:) or check under the Network heading for the server computer. All you should see is a CLIPv folder inside of the drive:

  • Inside your CLIPV folder, scroll to the bottom on the VCLIP.EXE file.

  • Right Click and select SEND TO, Desktop (Create Shortcut).

For Windows 7 users:

Click Start menu and then click Computer

Look either in Local Disk (C:) or check under the Network heading for the server computer. All you should see is a CLIPv folder inside of the drive:

  • Inside your CLIPV folder, scroll to the bottom on the VCLIP.EXE file.

  • Right Click and select SEND TO, Desktop (Create Shortcut).

At this point, please go to the desktop on the computer and verify that the shortcut works!
