When entering a note in CLIP, you can use a keyboard shortcut to enter the time stamp! This can be done in several note fields in CLIP:
Job Notes
Invoice Notes
Contact Management or CMS Notes
Limited Route Sheet Notes
Internal Job Notes
Customer Route Sheet Notes / Directions
Customer Notes
Installment Note Fields
Programs / Rounds Note Fields
Project Note Fields
Other Note Fields!
Looking at the above screenshot, you can add the time which displays in military time and the date when holding down the CTRL key then clicking D on your keyboard ( CTRL + D ). This is a handy internal keyboard shortcut used in the software!
